About Norman and NT Electric

A local multi-trade business: one person who prices it, does it and stands behind it.

Who you deal with

NT Electric is run by Numan, known to everyone as Norman. He prices your job, turns up, does the work and answers the phone afterwards. You won't be passed between a call centre, a salesperson and a different fitter.

What we do

Most homes need more than one trade. A new kitchen needs sockets, a tap and a few shelves. A rental between tenants needs a safety check, a dripping shower fixed and a door re-hung. We cover all of that in one visit and one fixed price.

We don't work on gas boilers or gas appliances. That needs a Gas Safe registered engineer, and we're happy to say so.

How we work

  • One fixed price per job. No hourly rate. See how our prices work.
  • No surprise extras. If we find something unexpected, we stop, show you and price it first.
  • Reply within 24 hours. Open every day, 8am to 8pm, and out the same day when the diary allows.
  • Tested and certified. Electrical work comes with the right certificate.
  • Left tidy. Floors protected, mess cleared, old parts taken away.

Really happy with the work done by Norman. The floorboards were fitted perfectly in the bedroom, the radiator was installed perfectly and the plug socket was fitted safely and looks neat and tidy. Norman is a very genuine and kind person he fitted three wall mount tv brackets a shelf and an out door light fitting plus many more little items I hadn't expected him too. You are in very safe hands with Norman he will fix all your problems quickly.

I had an issue with my shower fixture. I must say Norman figured out what the problem was and that too quickly. The part I ordered were not the right, with my permission he ordered another one and picked it up from the nearest screwfix and then fixed my shower with a new part.
